Dando inicio a nuestro Espacio Masterclass<\/strong> recibiremos a Luis Aversano<\/strong>, Director de Recursos Humanos de AySA S.A. desde el a\u00f1o 2006.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Ha tenido una activa con el grupo alem\u00e1n Mahle, y como consultor de Organizaci\u00f3n y Recursos Humanos para distintos grupos nacionales e internacionales como P\u00e9rez Companc, Techint, EDELAP, Torno Internazzionale (Mil\u00e1n, Italia), AES Corporation, British Gas, Intellinet, entre otras.<\/p>\n Un experto hacedor en contextos de importantes cambios culturales, tanto en el pa\u00eds como en el exterior, se ha especializado en take over<\/em>, fusiones de empresas, programas de accionariado del personal y planes estrat\u00e9gicos de Recursos Humanos.<\/p>\n Masterclass<\/strong> es un espacio creado para nuestros alumnos del Ciclo de Complementaci\u00f3n Curricular de la Licenciatura en Administraci\u00f3n, y una oportunidad abierta a la comunidad educativa y de negocios interesada
